Inteligencia artificial aplicada al aprendizaje en estudiantes de Educación Básica Media: una revisión sistemática de literatura sobre herramientas, beneficios y desafíos educativos

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial en el aprendizaje de estudiantes de Educación Básica Media, mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura centrada en las herramientas, beneficios y desafíos educativos asociados con su implementación. La investigación parte del reconocimiento de que la inteligencia artificial ha adquirido una presencia creciente en los entornos escolares, especialmente a través de plataformas adaptativas, tutores inteligentes, sistemas de retroalimentación automatizada, analítica del aprendizaje y recursos basados en inteligencia artificial generativa. Metodológicamente, se propone una revisión sistemática sustentada en criterios de búsqueda, selección y análisis de estudios científicos publicados en bases académicas relevantes, considerando investigaciones relacionadas con educación básica, aprendizaje personalizado, rendimiento académico, motivación estudiantil y uso pedagógico de tecnologías inteligentes. El análisis permite identificar que la inteligencia artificial puede favorecer procesos de aprendizaje más personalizados, interactivos y ajustados a las necesidades del estudiante; sin embargo, también plantea desafíos relacionados con la formación docente, la equidad de acceso, la protección de datos, la dependencia tecnológica y el uso ético de estas herramientas. Se concluye que la inteligencia artificial representa una oportunidad significativa para fortalecer el aprendizaje escolar, siempre que su incorporación responda a criterios pedagógicos, inclusivos y responsables.
