Relación entre la gestión educativa inclusiva y el rendimiento académico: una revisión sistemática de literatura

Resumen

El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar sistemáticamente la producción científica reciente sobre la relación entre gestión educativa inclusiva y rendimiento académico. Se desarrolló una revisión sistemática de literatura en Google Scholar, de la cual se seleccionaron 10 estudios por su pertinencia temática y metodológica. Los hallazgos se organizaron en cuatro categorías: políticas y liderazgo inclusivo; apoyos pedagógicos y Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje; prácticas inclusivas y resultados académicos; y barreras institucionales que condicionan la relación entre inclusión y aprendizaje. La evidencia muestra que la inclusión puede favorecer el rendimiento cuando se acompaña de gestión directiva, planificación curricular, colaboración docente, apoyos especializados, tecnología accesible y seguimiento de trayectorias. Sin embargo, los efectos no son automáticos ni uniformes. Algunos estudios reportan asociaciones favorables entre programas inclusivos y desempeño académico, mientras otros evidencian ausencia de relación directa o brechas persistentes en estudiantes con necesidades educativas específicas. Se concluye que la gestión educativa inclusiva debe entenderse como una condición organizacional que articula recursos, cultura escolar, liderazgo, evaluación y prácticas pedagógicas. Persisten vacíos relacionados con estudios longitudinales, medición comparable del rendimiento y análisis en contextos latinoamericanos diversos.
