La inteligencia artificial como herramienta educativa: retos y oportunidades para la alfabetización académica de docentes de educación superior

La incorporación acelerada de la inteligencia artificial generativa en la educación superior ha ampliado las posibilidades de enseñanza, escritura, evaluación y producción académica, pero también ha generado nuevas exigencias para el profesorado universitario. El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar sistemáticamente la producción científica reciente sobre la inteligencia artificial como herramienta educativa, identificando sus retos y oportunidades para la alfabetización académica de docentes de educación superior. Se desarrolló una revisión sistemática de literatura orientada por PRISMA 2020. La muestra final estuvo conformada por 18 estudios seleccionados por su pertinencia temática. Los resultados se organizaron en cuatro categorías: alfabetización en inteligencia artificial y competencias docentes; integración pedagógica y transformación de la práctica; escritura, evaluación e integridad académica; y condiciones institucionales, ética y desarrollo profesional. La evidencia muestra oportunidades relacionadas con personalización, apoyo a la escritura, retroalimentación, diseño de actividades y eficiencia docente. Sin embargo, persisten riesgos vinculados con errores, sesgos, autoría, privacidad, dependencia y debilidades en la evaluación auténtica. Se concluye que la incorporación responsable de estas tecnologías requiere fortalecer competencias críticas, pedagógicas, éticas e informacionales, junto con políticas institucionales, formación continua y rediseño de las prácticas de enseñanza y evaluación universitaria. Estos hallazgos ofrecen orientaciones para programas formativos y decisiones universitarias.
