Comunicación educativa, análisis del aprendizaje y retroalimentación en educación superior: una revisión integradora desde una perspectiva dinámica y sistémica

La comunicación educativa en la educación superior integra procesos de interacción, retroalimentación, interpretación de información y adaptación pedagógica que suelen estudiarse desde perspectivas diferenciadas. Esta revisión integradora tuvo como objetivo analizar la literatura reciente sobre estos procesos y determinar no solo la presencia y concurrencia de sus principales componentes, sino también el grado en que estos se encuentran funcionalmente conectados. Se realizó una búsqueda en Scopus de publicaciones correspondientes al período 2021–2026 mediante cuatro estrategias complementarias, que recuperaron 1.628 registros. Tras la eliminación de duplicados, el cribado y la evaluación de elegibilidad, se conformó un corpus analítico de 158 estudios. Estos fueron codificados mediante siete categorías: Análisis del Aprendizaje, retroalimentación, intervención/adaptación, engagement, autorregulación del aprendizaje, inteligencia artificial/Machine Learning y predicción/riesgo. Posteriormente, se analizaron sus intersecciones y se realizó una auditoría funcional de los 20 estudios que reunían Análisis del Aprendizaje, retroalimentación e intervención/adaptación. Los resultados mostraron una reducción progresiva al aumentar el nivel de articulación exigido: 97 estudios (61,4 %) incorporaron Análisis del Aprendizaje, 43 (27,2 %) combinaron Análisis del Aprendizaje y retroalimentación, 20 (12,7 %) incorporaron además intervención/adaptación y solo 10 (6,3 %) permitieron documentar un ciclo funcional completo de observación, interpretación, retroalimentación o apoyo, intervención/adaptación y respuesta posterior. Esta progresión permitió diferenciar operacionalmente tres niveles de análisis: presencia temática, concurrencia de componentes e integración funcional. Los hallazgos indican que la coexistencia de datos, retroalimentación e intervención no implica necesariamente que estos elementos formen parte de un proceso pedagógico conectado. Sobre esta base empírica, los hallazgos se interpretan desde una perspectiva dinámica y sistémica de la comunicación educativa, utilizando la observabilidad y la controlabilidad como categorías conceptuales —no como propiedades matemáticas directamente atribuidas al aula— para examinar las relaciones entre información y actuación pedagógica. Se propone así comprender la comunicación educativa como un proceso potencialmente iterativo en el que observar, interpretar, comunicar, actuar y volver a observar constituyen funciones relacionadas
