Capacitación docente en herramientas digitales y calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje: una revisión sistemática de la literatura

El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar sistemáticamente la producción científica sobre la capacitación docente en herramientas digitales y su relación con la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se desarrolló una revisión sistemática de literatura a partir Google Scholar. La muestra final estuvo conformada por 10 estudios seleccionados por su pertinencia temática y metodológica. Los hallazgos se organizaron en cuatro categorías: competencia digital y preparación docente; desarrollo profesional y formación continua; integración pedagógica de herramientas digitales; y calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La evidencia muestra que la capacitación docente favorece el uso pedagógico de tecnologías cuando combina dominio técnico, reflexión, práctica guiada, acompañamiento entre pares y contextualización institucional. También se identificó que las herramientas digitales pueden fortalecer colaboración, participación, personalización e innovación, siempre que se articulen con objetivos didácticos claros. No obstante, persisten limitaciones relacionadas con autopercepciones docentes, ausencia de estudios longitudinales y escasa medición directa de resultados de aprendizaje. Se concluye que la capacitación digital docente debe entenderse como un proceso pedagógico integral, orientado a mejorar la práctica educativa y no solo a incrementar el uso de recursos tecnológicos en el aula.
